Supervisory Agricultural Commodity Grader (Regional Director)

The duties may include, but are not limited to: Collaborating with the Branch Chief, National Technical Supervisors, and supervisory staff to formulate and implement procedures, policies, and training programs within their region. Supervises grading activities and provides guidance to a significant number of federal and or state employees on both administrative and technical matters within your designated area. Responsible for the execution and coordination of approved policies and programs to effectuate uniform and integrated programs throughout the your region Work closely with the Operations and Planning Division to effectively apply established policies with respect to personnel, budgetary, and administrative service matters, and resolving billing and accountability issues relative to the region.
