Lead Grants Management Specialist

The duties may include, but are not limited to: Distributing and balancing workload among Grants Program team members. Reporting to supervisor on performance, progress, and training needs of team members, as well as any conduct problems. Providing leadership on grants/assistance assignments, projects, problems, and deadlines; assessing work to ensure reasonable product quality. Providing training, technical assistance, oversight, ethics advice, expertise, and consultation to program officials, customers, review panels, applicants, recipients, and sub recipients, as needed. Cooperating and liaising with various Federal agencies, organizations, stakeholder groups, and institutions in developing, reviewing, and evaluating the impact of new statutory regulations. Conducting outreach to eligible applicants about grant program requirements.
