Supervisory Budget Analyst (Branch Chief)

The duties may include, but are not limited to: Directs, manages, and coordinates budget activities for the Branch and oversees the total budget operation for assigned programs and activities. Participates with the Division Director in formulating and recommending budgetary policies and programs. Provides expert technical advice and guidance to specialists and technicians on a variety of complex problems encountered in their work assignments. Directs and coordinates the work through key subordinates assigned immediate responsibility for broad segments of the Branch's programs. Interviews candidates for positions in the Branch, and makes or recommends selections, promotions or reassignment actions.
