About the role
You will assess, plan, and manage Warrior and Family Support programs designed to enhance readiness and quality of life for service members and family. You will collaborate with WARCOM staff codes to ensure compliance with legal, security, and IT regulations, and to ensure programs being designed and implemented are in line with command mission, goals, and policy. You will assist in implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the program which provides resilience training to service members and families via expert level resilience retreats and workshops and pre- and post-deployment retreats, You will provide projected training requirements for initial contracting, as well as for contact modifications and option years. You will provide direct support services to the command and the families, including assistance with obtaining and training Ombudsmen, Family Readiness groups, and training to the command on Warrior and Family Support resources and programs.
