HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

You will serve as member of the CNSWC management team and participate In all major planning decisions involving mission requirements and their impact on the civilian workforce. You will provide the Commander with a view of how major planning decisions impacting mission requirements may affect the civilian workforce In the civilian personnel arena, creating a total picture for the Command on civilian HR management. You will serve as the CNSWC Human Resources Director (HRD), responsible for planning, delivery and oversight of a full range of strategic and tactical operational human resources services for CNSWC.
