ABOUT THE ROLE As the Founding Recruiter at E2B, you’ll build the team that will define the future of the company. This is a foundational role where you’ll shape our hiring philosophy, recruiting processes, and talent brand as we scale. As our first talent hire, you’ll partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to identify hiring needs, source and close exceptional candidates, and build recruiting systems that scale with the company. You’ll own hiring across San Francisco and Prague, and build the recruiting team to support growth goals. You’ll help establish E2B as a destination for top engineers, builders, and operators in the developer and AI ecosystem, while ensuring every hire raises the bar. From designing
