ABOUT THE ROLE As a Technical Recruiter at E2B, you’ll build the team that will define the future of the company. This is a early role where you’ll help shape our hiring philosophy, recruiting processes, and talent brand as we scale. You’ll partner directly with the Head of Talent and leadership team to identify hiring needs, source, and close exceptional candidates. You’ll help establish E2B as a destination for top engineers, builders, and operators in the developer and AI ecosystem, while ensuring every hire raises the bar. From designing interview processes to closing senior candidates, you’ll play a critical role in assembling a world-class team capable of executing E2B’s ambitious vision. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING
