Supervisory Management and Program Analyst

Serve as Deputy Chief of Staff (D/CoS) for the Director and Deputy Director. Facilitates efforts of competency managers to design and validate requirements for and allocate available assets to address the mission and achieve the organizations/Commanders primary program objectives. Advises the CoS on strategic planning, policy issues, management of key organizational relationships and mission requirements. Provides insights on the progress of cyberspace operations initiatives to managers of technical/functional SMEs. Ensures that unique processes, methods, and tools are documented in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and that new team members are in-briefed. Establishes and directs implementation of the organizations processes and policies for the effective administration of all resources and programs.
