About the role
Analyze and evaluate records concerning Medicare, Medicaid, Children’s Health Insurance Program, Affordable Care Act, and other pertinent health care delivery systems areas for compliance with the FOIA and Privacy Act (PA). Collaborate with management on the initial planning aspects and overall objectives each case, performing factual research. Provide technical guidance on recommended resolution of complex Privacy and FOIA situations encountered throughout the agency and makes recommendations on FOIA, PA, and PII policy and process issues to FIG management.
