About the role
You will conduct detailed analysis of contract cost elements, including overhead rates, labor rates, and business forecasts, and overseeing negotiations for these rates. You will perform audits and analyses to determine if forward pricing rate agreements are in the best interest of the government and to develop these agreements for pricing contracts and modifications. You will be responsible for the entire contract closeout process, from overseeing the progress of completed contracts to negotiating final contract prices and preparing all settlement documents. You will coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, such as the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and contractors, to ensure all contractual obligations are met. You will analyze contract cost elements and negotiate forward price rate agreements and overhead rate settlements, and ensure the reasonableness, allowability, and allocability of incurred costs on Government contracts.
