PROGRAM MANAGER

You will provide oversight of the Navy Modernization Process (NMP) through monitoring and identifying when the Aircraft Carrier Program is not in compliance with NMP requirements or where improvements to the NMP are needed. You will oversee the maintenance and management of the Modernization Readiness Assessment (MRA) for each availability in planning, in collaboration with outside activities. You will oversee the development of aircraft carrier availability schedule among the various maintenance, technical and operational activities. You will manage program requirements and engage other program/project managers and competencies defining the scope, cost, schedule, and highly technical facets of Modernization Management and CVN Schedule Management of in-service aircraft carriers.
