Financial Manager

Manage, direct and supervise an integrated system of resource management and financial staff services for the District. Provide authoritative information regarding financial and other resource management matters, including evaluation, analysis, and projection of the District's operating budget Meet with senior project managers of the San Francisco District and representatives of other Federal, State, and local governmental agencies, contractors, and cost sharing partners to resolve financial and resource management issues. Manage and supervise the Resource Management Office staff and the office's operating budget, physical facilities, and property. Serve as a member of the Regional Program and Budget Advisory Committee (RPBAC) and is responsible to review and approve the Regional Operating Budget, setting regional overhead rates.
