SECURITY GUARD

You will operate hand-held two-way communications devices and electronic scanners while completing security work assignments. You will provide technical expertise and direction to the entry control team which is responsible for conducting commercial, private and government vehicle screening and passenger identify checks. You will be required to detect, identify, and detain violators of regulation, policy, and law. You will direct vehicles and pedestrian traffic during emergencies and normal rush hour traffic to ensure that the entry control process is conducted in accordance with published DoD and DoD directive, policy and guidance.
