EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (BUS CONTINUITY PLANNER)

Develop, coordinate, and maintain site-level business continuity plans, and train associates on sound continuity principles to ensure mission readiness. Perform critical duties in the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) during exercises and real-world crises, operating secure equipment to support the mission. Assist in the planning, coordination, and evaluation of local and network exercises, reporting on performance and recommending corrective actions. Analyze continuity issues, develop recommendations to resolve problems, and assist in creating continuity strategies using specialized planning software. Ensure all essential financial services have continuity plans, track actions during emergencies, and prepare After Action Reports for improvement.
