SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL SPECIALIST (SYSTEMS)

Serves as a recognized technical authority with responsibility for developing, designing, implementing and maintaining agency financial management systems and business processes. Assesses and provides strategic direction regarding the development of financial management policies and procedures. Coordinates with multiple levels of management in the modification of existing and/or new financial management systems and the management of financial programs. Develops specifications and requirements for the integration of financial management systems and solutions to potential interface challenges. Plans and conducts expert analysis of current/projected resource factors to determine the overall effectiveness of the agency in achieving planned financial management goals and objectives.
