About the role
You will examine aircraft materials and components to detect malfunctions, damage, or maintenance needs. You will inspect or evaluate material condition of aircraft structures (e.g., structural assemblies, flight controls, components materials) to determine repairs. You will interpret aircraft documentation (e.g., logs, records, interval cards, special configuration information) to determine sheet metal rework, repair, and service tour extension of aircraft. You will verify sheet metal work is completed on time, within cost, and to quality levels required by monitoring execution of work requests, service tickets, and preventative maintenance actions.
