LEAD HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (LABOR & EMPLOYEE RELATIONS)

You will work under the Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Labor and Employee Relations) while performing the duties below. You will explain to team members the action items, projects, and/or program issues under review, problems to be solved, and deadlines and timeframes for completion. You will distribute assignments among team members in accordance with work flow, skill level, and specialization, as well as observing training needs and relaying requests to the supervisor. You will maintain administrative reference material, policies, procedures, and written instructions from the supervisor to possess current knowledge of each to answer questions from team members.
