Information Technology Specialist (IT Proj Mgr)

Serving as Contracting Officer's Representative on IT support contracts. Analyzing customer requests and researching database for possible solutions or works with the appropriate subject matter expert (SME) or section capable of resolving the problem. Analyzing software license and hardware maintenance agreements to ensure appropriate and affordable coverage is in place for National Endowment for the Arts' IT environment. Tracking IT budgets and costs, analyze licenses and maintenance agreements, and support cost benefit analysis for IT investments. Conducting market analysis to support the evaluation and recommendations for IT solutions based on customer requirements. Managing policies and procedures process review to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
