Program Manager for Theater & Musical Theater Initiatives

In this position, you will serve as Program Manager for Theater & Musical Theater Initiatives. Typical work assignments include: Manage Shakespeare in American Communities SIAC and Musical Theater Songwriting Challenge MTSC programs for the National Endowment for the Arts NEA; serve as primary liaison to cooperators and stakeholders. Draft and manage cooperative agreements, budgets, schedules, and annual timelines; track deliverables and program milestones. Monitor applications, subawards, and subgrants; review and approve contractors, panelists, consultants, and vendors to support program delivery. Develop and approve subaward guidelines and eligibility criteria; route final subaward recommendations for NEA Chairman or designee approval. Coordinate communications with the Office of Public and Congressional Affairs, including messaging, marketing materials, videos, logos, and press releases. Coordinate with the Office of Grants Management and division leadership on agreement amendments
