TECHNICAL ADVISOR FOR THE DEPUTY ASSISTANT SECRETARY OF THE NAVY ANALYTICS & SYSTEMS (MAHRS)

You will serve as the primary expert for the integration, planning, and sustainment of DON Human Capital and Total Force IT systems, data policies, and analytics tools to support enterprise-wide decision-making. You will develop and implement standardized, DON-wide data protocols, predictive models, and visualizations to provide Navy and Marine Corps senior leadership with optimized alternatives for manpower and personnel management.
