About the role
You will perform a wide variety of extremely complex and specialized duties encompassing planning, developing, estimating, organizing, scheduling, evaluating, and overseeing facility projects. You will analyze and develop projects in terms of the impact on resource requirements and develop new and/or revised operating procedures and standards. You will review facilities management policies, procedures, projects studies and other material that sustains facilities and recommends approval to NCIS policies and procedures. You will develop workspace reorganization and personnel movement plans as required and oversee their execution through to completion. You will maintain a log of all active, outstanding, and completed service requests. You will recommend approval, modification, or rejection of projects.
