Realty Specialist

Implement standard procedures used throughout the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) in managing real estate requirements, funds or stakeholder expectations. Function independently within the scope of assignments or take required necessary actions. Manage real estate transactions for commercial office space by researching, interpreting and applying real estate laws, regulations, and practices. Review building management requirements and monitor progress of scheduled work on leased facilities. Work with others toward an agreement on or execution of a real estate instrument. Provide support in the assessment of the economic effects of transactions on local real estate markets and assure the utilization of real estate to the fullest extent possible.
