About the role
You will provide customer service in person, by telephone, and email and complete correspondence (answer written inquiries, prepare letters to obtain missing information, etc.). You will evaluate and authenticate documents for record support. You will interpret policies and procedures regarding eligibility requirements, benefits for personnel actions. You will identify, correct and verify inaccurate information in personnel systems.
