MECHANICAL ENGINEER

You will provide engineering direction and guidance as needed in areas such as; preparation, review and approval of Technical Work Documents (TWDs) and administrative documents in support of propulsor manufacturing processes and procedures. You will conduct a thorough evaluation of new or modified processes aimed at improving manufacturing operations and overall efficiency. You will provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and technicians, promoting knowledge transfer and best practices within and across departments. You will train and mentor entry-level engineers, fostering professional growth and development. You will display previous leadership responsibilities, overseeing project execution, personnel coordination, and decision-making to ensure continuity of operations as a senior engineer.
