About the role
You will serve as the expert advisor and spokesperson for the USFFC commanders and senior leaders on all matters pertaining to the EEO program. You will manage and direct the development and implementation of Command EEO policies and procedures to effectively deal with the prevention/ elimination of individual and systemic discrimination. You will represent the Command in contacts with Government and civilian agencies. You will conduct staff assistance visits and inspections as scheduled by the Inspector General (IG). You will monitor the overall EEO program for compliance with existing laws and regulations. You will maintain liaison with EEO staff at other commands and federal agencies. You will plan and administer the informal/ formal complaints process; policies and procedures; and determine allocation of resources for individual complaints.
