About the role
You will review and evaluate contractors condition reports and recommendations for additional work and provide rationale for approval or disapproval. You will develop, review, negotiate modifications to original specifications and new work specifications for work to be accomplished. You will provide detailed cost estimates including labor, material and time, with all required supporting data for new work and modifications. You will perform inspections of government Alteration and Installation Team (AIT) installations and reports discrepancies to the proper government authority.
