LEAD ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN

You will be responsible for technical and repair support of diversified and complex shipboard techniques and processes. You will process requests for technical assistance from various commands and areas. You will plan work and assign tasks to subordinates. You will provide engineering guidance to junior technical personnel. You will review reports to ensure compliance with administrative and procedural requirements. You will manage branch finances to ensure proper utilization of funds. You will explain procedures and methods for resolution of specific problems. You will set priorities and approve work schedules. You will give advice and counsel coordinators and employees on work and administrative matters. You will identify and secure developmental training for employees.
