SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

You will support the Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Support Branch's long-range workload plans, mission funding, Working Capital Funding requirements, and performance assessments. You will oversee business intelligence and analytics operations, providing both technical and administrative guidance. You will review the work of subordinates, amending or rejecting work when necessary, and coordinate employee development as needed. You will use automated tools to process data and create data sets for analysis and interpretation. You will use dashboarding tools and develop reports, charts, and graphs to present data trends and metrics to decision-makers. You will plan work for subordinates, determine priorities, and set schedules.
