MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST

Performs as the Agencies Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) Component Program Manager (CPM) ensuring all applicable laws and regulations of the GTCC are followed and that sound business practices are being followed. Directly responsible for performing program oversight for an estimated 5400 individually billed accounts and two centrally billed accounts specific to the DFAS Card Services GTCC program. Serves as expert planner, coordinator, and advisor for agency policy regarding contingency/mobilization planning/readiness and/or natural disaster activities, within DoW constraints. Receives and maintains cognizance of approved funds. Directs/conducts cost comparison/benefit studies of current or projected programs; develops life cycle cost analyses of projects. Collaborates on DoD GTCC program goals with stakeholders and partners (DFAS, Military Services, Defense Agencies and the Travel Card Contracted Bank) to improve business processes and procedures that in turn influence performanc
