SUPERVISORY TRANSPORTATION SPECIALIST

Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of 502 LRS/LGRDDO, ensuring that Ground Transportation complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management. Represents 502 LRS/LGRDDO with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with various installation and functional area organizations. Maintains regular contact with the contractor's representative to ensure quality performance and coordinates with contractor personnel to identify, analyze, and resolve operational problems, whether related to contractor performance or equipment failure. Serves as the primary point of contact (POC) for two critical areas: Government Operated Computers and furniture utilized by the Contractor, and the Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Bus S
