RIGGER SUPERVISOR I

You will plan and organize work assignments for a dive team. You will determine contingency plans that may be necessary based on actual work situations uncovered at start of work project (i.e., operational risk management). You will direct and supervise all diving/rigging work at diving/rigging work sites, assign tools, equipment and materials, instruct workers on proper work methods, use and care of equipment, and safe work practices. You will conduct daily interactive pre-job briefings, which involve explaining current diving operations, repairs and other work procedures. You will perform administrative and supervisory responsibilities to include maintaining all records of divers' time and manhour charges, work progress, accidents, injuries, and caused of these and prepare reports as required.
