SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER

You will plan overall work operations, set priorities, and establish objectives with subordinate project engineers and teams. You will evaluate the effectiveness of operations supervised in terms of mission accomplishment, quality and quantity standards, procedural, policy and regulatory compliance, and technical competence. You will design, develop, initiate, monitor, assess and implement policies, programs, and controls which will enable the branch to have the capacity and capability needed to provide products and services in compliance with requirements. You will establish annual goals, objectives, and budgets to administer workforce development programs. You will report to division head with progress of each Engineering and Planning Dept (EPD) division in meeting goals and objectives. You will exercise both administrative and technical supervision over subordinates for general engineering facilities work.
