RIGGER SUPERVISOR II

You will plan temporary reassignment of workers among the work groups as required to balance workload and adhere to established schedules and priorities. You will receive and review work assignments; determine scope of work; anticipate problems that may arise in accomplishing unusual jobs; plans breakdown of job assignments to subordinate supervisors. You will initiate preliminary action to expedite and assure availability of special equipment, materials and outside manpower or services critical to the timely and quality completion of important jobs. You will plan or review plan of subordinate supervisors for layout of difficult and important jobs. You will explain unusual or new work methods, procedures and standard of quality and quantity. You will coordinate efforts of subordinate work groups with each other and with other groups working on the same projects.
