SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (EMPLOYEE BENEFITS)

You will act on behalf of the DCHR in teleconferences and meetings and exercises oversight and management of the Department of the Navy's (DON) FECA program within PACFLT. You will be responsible for managing the P ACFLT' s FECA program which includes supporting programs such as: Return to Work Program, Light Duty Program, Ergonomic Program, Health Awareness, and Investigation Program. You will ensure that the P ACFL T FECA program is operating efficiently and effectively in accordance with the Department of Labor (DOL), Department of Defense (DoD) and DON instructions, directives, guidance, etc. You will use The Employees' Compensation Operations and Management Portal (ECOMP) in accordance with DOL, DoD and DON instructions. You will ensure compliance with DOL, DoD and DON program standards, operating procedures, and instructions as provided.
