COMMERCIAL SPONSORSHIP SPECIALIST, NF4/RFT

Responsible for the administration and effective management of the Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) Corporate Sales/Sponsorship program at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego, including but not limited to planning, organizing, contracting, administering and monitoring the program. Develops a diversified commercial sponsorship/advertising, business development plan and executes all tasks in support and in alignment with the Marketing Manager¿s vision and departmental goals. Attends MCCS events where sponsors are present to ensure on-site fulfillment and agreement deliverables. This position will be responsible for engaging with community organizations and business development organizations, to expand new sponsorship and advertising opportunities. Develops, negotiates, plans, coordinates, implements, and manages comprehensive timelines, proposals, reports, briefs, and invoice tracking. Analyzes sales data and develops plans to address performance gaps. Monitors competition, econo
