About the role
You will lay metal roofing panels or sheets of various types, overlapping and staggering edges to provide proper watershed, and close seams. You will apply caulking compounds and plastic cements to seal small cracks and joints to prevent leakage. You will remove old roofing materials to bare sheeting and apply build-up felt overlay with hot asphalt pitch and gravel. You will cut and fit sheets and fuses with mastic to waterproof other parts as necessary. You will lay corrugated iron or plastic roofing.
