Single Marine Program Specialist NF3

Represents the SMP at conferences, seminars, workshops and formal and informal meetings attended by diverse personnel as directed by SMP Coordinator. Assists with preparing and conducting briefings and orientations, concerning the various aspects of the SMP for commands, visitors, newly arrived single and unaccompanied service members, base organizations, and local community entities. The program addresses Quality of Life recommendations for single and unaccompanied service members. Programming will include, but is not limited to; community service, health and wellness, life skills, career progression and recreation activities. Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluation of the Hampton Roads (HR) region wide SMP. Assist in developing, scheduling, organizing, publicizing, directing and evaluating both recurring and non-recurring activities. Coordinates special events and joint community programs, which ensure effective use of facilities and other resourc
