INSTALLATION COORDINATOR

You will coordinate all administrative requirements with the administrative heads of the Departments, other components of the Directorate, Support Supervisors and similar personnel of other departments of Base and tenant units. You will ensure that all personnel actions required of the Directorate are completed properly and in a timely manner. You will coordinate with the Manpower and HRO to establish and maintain required personnel files, timekeeping, leave administration, pay and classification matters, requests for personnel actions and other personnel matters are correctly managed. You will support documentation and processing of military awards and fitness reports for assigned military and manages the office coverage and leave schedules for the Directorate leadership and installations team.
