Supervisory IT Cybersecurity Specialist (INFOSEC)

Serve as focal point to the Division Chief for advice on options to overcome technical obstacles. Conduct reviews of technical requirements for operational requirements submitted and provide recommendations for validity and priority. Identify new and existing products, technologies, and or services that have the potential to serve as solutions to operational challenges or requirements. Draft, review, conduct, and endorse performance appraisals, evaluations, and feedback for subordinates when and where applicable. Initiate and complete other personnel actions, hear grievances and employee complaints, and recommend or executes action on disciplinary cases. Identify and make provisions for employee professional development and training. Provide support and advice to subordinate headquarters staffs for refinement of technical aspects of operational planning efforts.
