About the role
Develops and presents strategic recommendations to leadership for enhancing technical communication systems integration within Defense Cyber Operations (DCO). Leads capability analysis/assessments of joint operational capabilities (i.e., processes and tools) and develops a requirement document that discusses findings, issues, capability requirements and gaps. Plans, organizes, and executes the study and review of a variety of complex, technical communications problems, issues, and vulnerabilities across all three layers of Cyberspace Operations (Physical, Logical, and Persona). Leverages professional methods and work efforts to conduct current interoperability research and technology evaluation and investigates areas that may pose potential opportunities for enhancement or identify possible vulnerabilities.
