Human Resources Specialist (Detail/Temp Promotion NTE 1 Year)

Providing technical information, guidance, training, and assistance on the interpretation and application of rules, regulations, and procedures. Reviewing and overseeing the processing of a comprehensive range of personnel actions for a very large customer base. Researching and analyzing existing, new, and changing guidelines, regulations, and directives from leadership. Providing program management and oversight for FPAC federal and county employees’ electronic Official Personnel File (eOPF) records in accordance with OPM, USDA, and agency requirements. Providing technical support services to system users in the FBC and in the field. Checking and utilizing the HR Ticketing System in order to distribute tickets to the appropriate subject matter expert for action.
