Command subject matter expert (SME) for Munitions logistics activities. Command Joint Petroleum Expert. Responsible for the overall synchronization, coordination, and planning of major command-level petroleum support for joint operations within the NORAD and USNORTHCOM (N&NC) area of responsibility (AOR). Strategic Planner. Analyzes the Joint Strategic Capabilities Plan to integrate NORAD and USNORTHCOM logistics plans, annexes, policies, and procedures with national partners. Interagency Planner. Provides major command-level analyses of logistics capability requirements, short and longterm capacity shortfalls, and the interpretation of comprehensive DOD doctrine to ensure the development and resourcing of a comprehensive logistics support plan in support of Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) missions.
