MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will evaluate the departments administrative, management, and technical processes for effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with requirements. You will participate in process improvement events throughout department divisions to analyze processes and identify waste, inefficiencies, deficiencies, and areas for improvement. You will provide information technology solutions by developing workflows, data management systems, analysis tools, automation, tasking, and reporting systems by customizing off the shelf software. You will develop and manage the department records and directives programs and serve as the department representative for command records and directives. You will review and ensure department originated command directives and correspondence are compliant with policies and track revision status and manage directives through the review and approval process.
