SUPERVISORY FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of Operations Flight, ensuring that planning, production and operation and maintenance, construction requirements complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Manages Customer Service and Service Call Operations. Develops and manages Customer Care Priority Program. Represents the Operations Flight within a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
