About the role
Advise Project and Program Managers and other District elements on the project life cycle as outlined in ER 5-1-11 and further outlined by applicable HQ USACE environmental program guidance. Advise leadership on project schedules related to the related to the program mission, such as budget, contracting, and information management. Coordinate with Project Delivery Teams, Program and Project Managers, and the Financial Teams to assure funds are available for established schedules. Review and apply regulations and/or policies to assist the Project and Program Managers make schedule decisions related to project execution, and/or resolve workload management issues with middle and/or senior management
