REGISTRAR

Serves as technical advisor to Commandant, Vice Commandant, Squadron Commander, Director of Operations, and Director of Staff on all registrar matters. Establishes, maintains, oversees, and implements formal, internal, and external tasking processes. Leads projects, initiatives, and performs special assignments related OTS to include long-term planning, functional advice, strategic guidance, and continuity of management. Serves as the Resource Advisor for the 24 TRS. Duties comprise providing advice, assistance, oversight on unit financial matters including, but not limited to, budgeting, travel, manning, personnel management, facilities and equipment, contract services, and office services. Manages the 24 TRS awards program and oversees, tracks, forecasts, and guides 24 TRS officer/instructor manning. Reviews, coordinates, drafts, and staff's special awards for individuals, teams, events, and OTS efforts as directed by the Commandant and Holm Center.
