About the role
Leads the agency-wide effort in employing change management processes, concepts, and techniques for human resources (HR) business transformation, strategic planning, and workforce development. Coordinates with Components and all liaison sources to help the agency develop and maintain high customer satisfaction levels by ensuring the organization meets the customer’s needs. Oversees outcomes and establishes revised procedures for periodic evaluation of HR program effectiveness by assessing progress in meeting established program goals. Utilizing an expert level of HR knowledge and experience, oversees program planning, budgeting, and execution for the Talent Acquisition Group (TAG).
