Supervisory Interdisciplinary

Serves as the Resident Engineer and Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO) with direct responsibility for establishing the Resident Office's mission goals within organizational guidelines. As the senior engineer for the Resident Office, represents the Area Engineer and the organization on construction matters. Directs the full range of field and office engineering functions, delegating responsibilities for Resident Office management, contract administration, quality assurance, and budget monitoring to subordinates. Works closely with client representatives and key stakeholders to coordinate project priorities and requirements. Monitors construction fiscal progress, analyzes deviations from the plan, and develops solutions to ensure commitments are met.
