About the role

The incumbent supervises the trades, crafts, and labor functions of construction, renovation, installation, maintenance and repair projects. Tour of Duty: Monday - Friday 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Hours may change due to operational needs of management. Please Note: The selectee will be designated as an “Emergency Essential Employee” and will be required to work in emergency situations. Duties include, but are not limited to: Coordinate and amicably communicate the assignment of staff and support on projects and maintenance tasks with branch supervisors of the Sheet Metal branch, Carpenter branch, Painting branch and Masonry Branch of the Tenant Services Division. Oversee the preparation of cost estimates from drawings, blueprints or site inspections for proposed or anticipated maintenance, repair, replacement, and construction projects and alterations.
