About the role
Tour of Duty: Monday - Friday 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Hours may change due to operational needs of management. Please Note: The selectee will be designated as an “Emergency Essential Employee” and will be required to work in emergency situations. Duties include, but are not limited to: Serve as coordinator for widespread office support efforts to meet unique organizational needs. Assist the Executive Director of Facilities in assigning office areas and storage spaces to Member offices according to established protocol. Act as liaison on behalf of the Executive Director to follow up on issues building occupants may encounter in their assigned buildings. Survey Administrative Assistants, Office Managers, or other essential office employees quarterly to gain feedback on the quality of services and areas for improvement.
